"What started in hell, will end on Earth". Pinhead is stuck in a block. The block containing Pinhead and the puzzle cube is bought by a young playboy as a sculpture. Pinhead busies himself trying to escape and seeking to destroy the puzzle cube so he need never return to Hell, but someone is standing in his way.
