sorry, first time i see these comments... good subtitle sites (apart from this one, my favorite) are: subscene.com, divxsubtitles.net*, titles.box.sk, subbiee.com; for series: seriessub.com(!), forom.com*, shooter.cn. (*=login required) - or from p2p

for tv series the best place used to be shooter.cn (chinese but they always include english subs). but sometimes it takes weeks til subs appear there, so i check on seriessub or emule. theyre often raw (ripped captions) and need a lot of editing.

i will post subtitles here as soon as i get them (and put them in reasonable shape). sometimes i write them myself but that's really tedious and it spoils the movie for oneself. also these hollywood actors have formed a habit of mumbling so it's hard

gringo: i thought your subtitle editor deleted the tags. they often do that & formatting gets lost. by "escape" i mean, open them in a text editor and replace all openbrackets by something else, so that the subtitle editor can't strip them.

Siemanko, widzę ze dodajesz napiski do opensubtitles... a moze mialbys ochote pomoc w postawieniu na nogi nowego serwisu z napisami poszukiwane.org razem z nami bys wrzucal, moze masz ochote potlumaczyc to takze moglbys to robic, w kazdym razie w gronie weselej..pozdrowionka, jesli masz ochote to moje gg 11085130 - zapraszam - tak nawet szybciej sie dogadamy, dam zaproszenie...pozdrawiam!!

sure, no problem. I didn't mean to suggest you uploaded duplicate subs on purpose. The server software should check for that, but apparently it isn't smart enough yet.

Yes, it's a shame. But I didn't write those subs! In fact I couldn't even if I had the time. I needed the subs myself because of the thick accent.
